Tamagoyaki Japanese Omelette Pan - Kansai style (Rectangle) - Copper
Copper is a durable material and has great heat conductivity which is excellent for cooking eggs evenly to its fluffy perfection.
This pan will make it easy to cook Kansai-style omlette which has a rectangular shape.
Material: Copper (outside), Tin (inside).
[Before first use]
1. Wash the pan with soap water.
2. Dry it well and pour cooking oil to little above the half point.
3. Heat it about 4-5min with low-midium heat.
4. Cool it down well and drain oil.
5. Wipe with paper towel.
*Caution
-The pan and handle need assembling with the screws before first use. The screws are included in the delivery package.
-Apply oil well inside the pan before each use.
-After each use, let it cool down and clean with kitchen paper. Then coat the pan with a small amount of oil and store, or if you are concerned about oil, you may clean with a sponge and soak lightly
