What is WINMALL?

Welcome! Win Mall is an online Japanese kitchenware store based in Los Angeles, dedicated to bringing joy and brightening your everyday life.

 

I lost my password. What do I do?

Please go to the Forgot Your Password page from here, or by clicking the Forgot Your Password link right next to the Sign In button. 

Enter your email address you have used to create your account and the letters and number of the Captcha image in their respective text field, and click the Reset My Password button to receive a password reset link.

 

Is there a way to compare items side by side?

Absolutely! Please follow the steps below:

For computers:

  1. In the list view, hover your pointer over the item you want to view and click on the bar graph icon located next to the “Add to Cart” button. (On the product details page, click on the “Add to Compare” button just beneath the “Add to Cart” button.)
    Repeat for all of the items you’d like to compare. 
  2. There will be a green text bar at the top of the screen to let you know that the item has been added to your compare list, which will include a text link “comparison list”. To view the comparison list, you may either click on this text link or the text link “Compare Products (xx items)” next to the search bar at the top of the page or the “Compare” button at the bottom of the “Compare Products” list on the left side of your screen when in list view.
  3. On the comparison list page, you will be able to view information of the items listed side by side.
    (You may click on the text link  “Print This Page” at the top left corner of the page to print out the list.)

For smartphones:

  1. Tap on the bar graph icon located next to the “Add to Cart” button under the item.
  2. Repeat this for all of the items you’d like to compare. There will be a green text bar at the top of the screen to let you know that the item has been added to your compare list, click on the text link “comparison list”.
  3. Swipe side by side to see the information of the items listed out.
    (If you would like to print it out, click on the text link  “Print This Page” at the top left corner of the page.)

 

Is my personal information I provide on your website kept safe?

Your privacy is important to us, and we take great care to protect the information you provide while shopping at WINMALL. For details on our privacy policy, please refer to our Privacy and Cookie Policy page.




Orders

I would like to know more about an item.

We do try our best to provide as much information as we can on each product page, but if you would like more information, please let us know at support@win-mall.net and we will be happy to assist you!

 

The item I wanted is shown as “out of stock”. Is there a way to order it?

For inquiries about out of stock items, please contact us by email at support@win-mall.net

including the name of the item or the URL of the item page, your name, and the quantity you’d like to order for us to see if we will be able to restock the item.

 

Can I cancel my order partially?

Unfortunately, our systems will not allow us to cancel your order partially. 

We will have to cancel your order completely and then make another order without the canceled item.

In order to do so, please contact us immediately at support@win-mall.net before you receive the shipment notification (usually 1-2 business days after order confirmation) to let us know which item you would like to cancel.

We will put a hold on the items you would like to order for up to 2 business days until we confirm your new order.

 

Please be advised that we will not be able to cancel your order after your order has already been shipped.

 

Can I make a purchase from overseas?

Absolutely! With a valid shipping address and payment method, you are able to order our goods at WINMALL from most countries outside of the US.

Note: COVID-19 may have caused disruption in delivery services to certain countries. Please contact us at support@win-mall.net if you would like to know if your country has been affected.



Delivery

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For US domestic orders, items are expected to arrive within 2 to 8 business days, and 3 to 6 business days for international orders.

*Please note that unexpected delays may occur as COVID-19 continues to make a global impact.

 

Where can I see the status of my delivery?

Once your order has been confirmed, we will send you a shipment notification email within 2 business days (excluding weekends and US national holidays) including your tracking number. You may click on that tracking number to view the most updated status of your delivery.

 

Do you ship on weekends and holidays too?

At this time, we will only be shipping orders on business days and will not be shipping on weekends and holidays. We appreciate your understanding.

 

My order was lost/stolen/damaged during transit. 

Please contact us at support@win-mall.net so that we can replace the items for you.




Payment

What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards, or online payment methods such as Paypal.

 

When will I be able to see my payment/refund information on my bank account?

Depending on the bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your bank account.
